Dear Fellow Pennsylvania Taxpayer, We are in the midst of unprecedented times in our
nation’s history. Americans are uniting in shared
defense of freedom and liberty
- qualities in which this country was founded. Protesters rallied in the
million-plus range on September 12, 2009, in our nation’s capitol, for
more limited government and lower taxes. There have been hundreds of rallies across the United
States defending and fighting
for liberties affirmed to us
all in the U.S. Constitution. People are finally taking their voice public, sending
the message to government that enough is ENOUGH! It is time for
politicians to start acting like legislators who were elected to office
to REPRESENT the VOICES of
their constituents and to stop representing themselves.
Join us for the
2nd annual Pennsylvania State Capitol Taxpayers’ Protest June
8, 2010 for the full working day (9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and send
the message to YOUR legislator that IT IS time for them to listen to
what YOU have to say. Reference the legislative map to find your legislator
and come to their office June 8, 2010 at the State Capitol. Bring your
bagged lunch and stay all day. If your legislator’s office is full find
another legislator’s office that isn’t.
Fill the halls and the rotundas! Stand and sit on the
steps and benches! Find a spot and spend the day at the State Capitol to
send a message to YOUR legislator that it is about time that they listen
to the VOICES of their constituents!
The power to tax involves
the power to destroy.
